 Brent Clayson - Registered Audiologist

Brent Clayson’s hearing healthcare began in his home state
where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Idaho State
University in 2000. Four years later, he completed his Master of
Science degree in Audiology.
During his studies, Mr. Clayson worked at the Idaho State
University’s Veteran’s clinic. He also provided newborn hearing
screenings at the Portneuf Medical Centre. Mr. Clayson
successfully completed externships with Idaho’s Pocatello
School District and with a private Audiology clinic in
Pocatello, Idaho.
In June 2004, Mr. Clayson joined Canadian Hearing Care’s
sister company in the U.S., providing balance and hearing
assessments. In September 2004, he joined Canadian Hearing
Care in B.C., bringing his experience and commitment to better
hearing care to Prince George.
 D’Arcy White - Registered Audiologist

D’Arcy White attended the University of Regina and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology at
Minot State University, then continued to complete a Master of
Science degree in Audiology.
For the next decade, Ms. White delivered hearing assessments
and aural rehabilitation to children and adults for the Province
of Saskatchewan, and later for the Wascana Rehabilitation
Hospital. Ms. White also helped coordinate the province’s Cleft
Lip and Palate Clinic in southern Saskatchewan.
She moved to B.C. in 1992 to manage Canadian Hearing Care’s
Salmon Arm office. Ms. White ensures the comprehensive
delivery of diagnostic and rehabilitation to both adults and
children who are challenged by hearing impairments. She is
an active ambassador in her community, conducting hearing
seminars to schools, nursing homes and the hospital.
 Daniel Allen - Registered Audiologist

Mr. Allen began his hearing healthcare career in 1978 when he
began building hearing aids at Allen’s Electronics in Eugene,
Oregon. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the
University of Oregon and his Master of Science degree at
Oregon State University. He moved on to own and manage the
company at which he began his career, Allen’s Electronics.
In 1991, after two years as an audiologist in Kamloops, Mr.
Allen joined Starkey Labs-Canada Ltd. and became Managing
Director of this hearing aid manufacturing facility.
Mr. Allen joined Canadian Hearing Care in 1998. He remains
an active advocate of hearing healthcare education, and has
taught classes across North America on the testing and fitting
of hearing aids.
 Fae Seyfi - Certified Audiologist

Ms. Seyfi began her career by earning a Bachelor of Science
degree in Audiology at the Iran University of Medical Sciences
in Tehran, Iran, in 1991. She joined the university’s Department
of Audiology as a full-time audiologist, and spent the next
several years coaching students on related hearing projects and
research initiatives.
Ms. Seyfi moved to Calgary in 1998, completed her Master of
Science degree equivalency by IQAS and ACSLPA, and joined
Thibodeau’s Centre (previously Maico Hearing and Audiology
Centre) in Calgary.
In 2002, Ms. Seyfi joined Canadian Hearing Care. Her dedication
to the advancement of Audiology sciences can be seen in the
numerous English- and Persian-language articles published in
Calgary Child Magazine and the Iranian Journal of
Medical Sciences.
 Robert E. McClocklin

Robert attended the University of Manitoba Faculty of Pharmacy. He later joined Eli Lilly as a pharmaceutical representative and was promoted to hospital representative in Edmonton. Earning a certificate in Audiology from Alberta College, Robert returned to Manitoba and became owner-manager of two hearing offices. Continuing his education, he earned the designation authorizer Level II after attending classes at George Brown College in Toronto.
During his career, Robert took an interest in applied research and developed a number of techniques for hearing aid validation and selection. He founded the company Psychoacoustic Development Technologies and worked on the development of an advanced clinical audiometer receiving funding from the federal government. He also founded the company Cosmos Distributing Inc. where he manufactures and distributes auditory tests on CD for evaluating hearing loss, and for hearing aid dispensing.
Robert moved to the Okanagan in 2003 where he has continued his dedication to the hearing impaired.

After obtaining her M.A. in Audiology, Dr. Galloway returned to the province of Ontario where she was employed by Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children. In addition to her general duties as a pediatric audiologist she also became a specialist in the areas of cleft lip and palate, craniofacial anomalies and cochlear implants. She was promoted to the position of Director of the Department of Audiology and later the Department of Communication Disorders (Speech Language Pathology and Audiology). Dr. Galloway was one of the individuals responsible for initiating pediatric cochlear implant services in Canada. She was a Clinical Lecturer with the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario and a Lecturer with the Department of Otolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine at a the University of Toronto. She has made numerous presentations regarding cochlear implants and has several publications related to hearing loss. In 1996 Dr. Galloway entered private practice specializing in hearing related issues in adults. In 2007, she obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree from Salus University in Philadelphia.
In 2008, Dr. Galloway joined Canadian Hearing Care in their Penticton, B.C. office where she provides services in a caring and friendly manner. Her goals are to educate her patients and their families about hearing loss and to use the latest technology to provide individualized solutions to their hearing needs.
 Graham Mills, BCHIS, RHAP
Mr. Graham Mills graduated from Grant McEwan college in 2006 as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. After graduation, he worked for nearly a year in the hearing care center of a major retailer before joining Canadian Hearing Care's Calgary facility in April 2007. He currently makes his home in Airdrie, just north of Calgary.
